Ruffled Cape

I made a Cape today. It was a rather productive day. The pattern I purchased on Etsy, from a cute little shop, Seamingly Smitten. Easiest instructions and pictures. I made this cape in under an hour.






















I'm Thinking I may add this into my own shop!
